Hello, this is jee-hee Han, elder sister of jee-soo Han.
I wrote this article to save my younger sister from unreasonable situation.

1 year ago, jee-soo lived in Roatan island in Honduras.  she lived with Dan(English, diving shop teacher).

and, also there was a man, name is Mariska, was dutch.
(he was died. read below long story.)

they were friendly.

the day before 'the happening(2008/8/21 Y/M/D)', they were drinking and chatting in Dan's room. after a few minute, jee-soo went to her room for sleeping. Suddenly, she heard Dan's voice and felt that Dan needs her help.

When she came where Dan is, jee-soo and Dan saw fainted Mariska. he lied on the floor. Thanks to their job, - Dan was diving teacher, and jee-soo wants to be one. - they did try C.P.R. on him to resurrect. and they didn't forget to bring him to hospital.

In the hospital, one of Doctor said that "you need to wait at here." in spanish, but they - Dan and jee-soo - couldn't understand spanish and decided to go home and clean the spot. at that time, they didn't know that Mariska was dead.

after the death, Dan was arrested and jee-soo got the restriction of going-out for two days. and they threw into trial at 25, August, same year.

the end of trial, Dan was released with seizure of his passport, and also jee-soo. soon as his releasing, Dan went abroad with his second passport, and jee-soo lived in Honduras more to pass the scuba diving license test.

jee-soo came back to korea and went to egypt. she was to teach scuba diving.

she didn't face any problem related to 'the happening' nearly half of year, but one day(August 27, same year), during departing egypt, she was captured by Interpol.
(there were something strange. her family couldn't contact her. her family heard the news about her from korea embassy in egypt. strange thing is, her and her family couldn't know the reason she had to be arrested.)

three weeks passed in egypt, egypt government decided to send jee-soo to Honduras. I knew little about International Law though, it wasn't needed. On the other side, I got a little hope that the place Honduras might be helpful to solve this twisted problem. but there were only desperations.

1st hearing,  2nd hearing(maybe trial? i don't know exactly.) held on 2009/09/23(last week), and yesterday(09/29). court ignored defenses. Even, jee-soo claimed about this situation, they took her bed from lockup.
(As you see, i also felt that jurisdiction on Honduras is INSANE.)

and finally, jee-soo needs to wait nearly one year for trial. although the trial starts soon, no one knows a day that the trial ends. really sad fact is, she need to be in jail during the trial. even her guiltiness isn't confirmed yet...

I heard that Netherland's - Mariska's mother country - strict laws made the situation puzzled. jee-soo isn't guilty, but releasing her will make fun of their laws, they think.

Please help me to save her.
